Agreement Between Shippers Bay Pvt. Ltd. and User

   Service Professional refers to an individual who holds a valid driving license issued by the competent authority of Nepal, owns a goods vehicle, and offers transportation services independently through the Shippers Bay platform.

2. Services

   1. Platform Facilitation

      Shippers Bay provides an internet-based platform that connects Users with independent Service Professionals for the transportation of household, commercial, and other goods.

   2. Role of Shippers Bay

      We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate this connection. The Service Professional operates independently and is not an employee or agent of Shippers Bay.

3. Use of the Website and Services

   1. Restrictions on Use

      You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any Shippers Bay content or code without express permission.

   2. Intellectual Property

      No license or right to use any trademarks or logos is granted without prior written consent.

   3. Service Facilitation Disclaimer

      Shippers Bay acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for conflicts or incomplete work involving Service Professionals.

   4. Illegal Goods

      You must ensure transported goods are legal under Nepali law; violations are your responsibility.

4. Personal and Confidential Information

   Your personal information will only be shared with authorized parties and not disclosed without consent, except where legally required.

5. Termination

   Shippers Bay may suspend or terminate access to its services without liability for any violations of the agreement or legal grounds.

6. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify Shippers Bay from any claims or damages resulting from violations of this agreement.

7. Force Majeure

   Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events beyond their control.

8. Notices

   All notices under this agreement shall be given in writing via email or SMS to the contact details provided by both parties.

9. No Waiver

   The failure to exercise any right under this agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

10. Severability

    If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.

11. Variation of Terms

    Shippers Bay reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Nepali courts.
